The beauty of the landscape and its villas make this the ideal place for families to spend their free time in as there is always a sense of being on holiday here, even though it is just a short distance from the city.
Architect Robert von Hagge designed two different 18-hole par 72 courses here, combining technique, natural beauty and personality.
The Del Conte course was designed with large open spaces and several flat areas and sizeable water hazards, while the Bonora course is more exciting and extends over a vast hilly area surrounded by wilder nature home to streams and intact woods, which are typical of the Ticino Park.
In addition to the green keeper, the maintenance office has an efficient team of 13 full-time and 5 seasonal staff members.
The club house emerges in a central area with respect to the two courses; this building is surrounded by nature and is great to experience in all seasons, thanks to its spacious, comfortable common areas and large lounge windows. The club house has a roomy terrace, which becomes the outdoor seating area for the restaurant and bar in the warmer months. The club’s restaurant is beside the club house lounge. It’s a warm, inviting ambiance designed down to the smallest detail. Both Sala Verde and Sala Rossa halls have large, bright windows with direct access to the outdoor terraces, where it’s possible to eat in the summer while enjoying a magnificent view over Mount Rosa and the golf course. During the day, members and guests enjoy the Buvette bar located in an open hall in the centre of the club house. Evenings, the American bar comes alive in the main lounge. This private area with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere is a great place for friends to spend time in.
The golf club’s pro shop is managed by Polos, a reference point in Italy for golf apparel and equipment.
The mini club is just a short distance from the club house. This is a large, bright area with games and toys for children of all ages and an outdoor playground with a swing, slides and fun for the little ones.
Two tennis courts, a five-a-side field and the pool are open from June to September. In the summer, private poolside parties, events, birthdays, etc. can be organized including a service managed by the restaurant.
The Percorso Vita (Life Path) is a well-balanced programme involving motor skills performed on the ground and with the help of gym equipment. Its purpose is to improve an individual's psychological-physical health.
