Verbania: excursions and walks
Verbania is an internationally acclaimed tourist destination with a large territory due to the merger of several towns.
The town has lots to offer but the many towns in the surrounding area are also worth visiting and so you could consider a trip of out town marked by relaxation.

For example, you can reach the little town of San Bernardino Verbano in just 20 minutes. It’s at the gateway to the large nature park and is ideal for a picnic surrounded by nature and for long scenic walks. You'll have several marvellous views walking along the marked paths in this area.
Uncontaminated nature in Bee
If San Bernardino aroused your desire for nature and tranquillity, get back in the car and continue your trip towards Bee. This little town is indeed renowned world-wide as the place to reconcile with the world and nature. The uncontaminated nature and favourable climate are master here. The name alone (which indicates the bleating of sheep) brings a pastoral and charming setting to mind.
When you are completely relaxed and ready to return, an easy road takes you back to Verbania.
